This was our 247th Courthouse in Texas to visit. That means we are at 97.2% of our goal with 2.8% left to go. While we were here, we were interviewed by KTSM News and reporter Roxy Van Ruiten. We had a great time and when we drove off for the video shoot of us leaving, I wasn’t sure how to get back to the courthouse so we could drop off the microphones. Roxy was a little concerned, but she was greatly relieved when we pulled back up. You can see the news report HERE.
The current courthouse was built in 1991 by architect – Garland & Hilles/Fischer Cordova Partners in the Modern style utilizing steel & concrete with an Alamo shaped granite entrance and sky-blue reflective glass.
